Event description

How to deal with rehab of specific injuries with ground work and ridden exercises from a leading physio and trainer.

This event is aimed at all body workers working with horses entering a rehab phase from a specific injury. Fiona Bloom ACPAT Cat A physio, will look at a ‘ground up’ approach to rehab protocols. What can we do on the ground to begin the process of rehabilitation and how can we involve our owners to create consistency in our plans?

Liz Eaton BHSI Accredited Performance Coach, will address the ridden aspect of strengthening horses post injury. She will look into the specifics of strengthening horses systemically, isolating problem areas and how to pass this information on to owners.

This event will have practical ‘how to’ videos accompanying the speakers’ explanations as to why they are choosing specific exercises and, what they should achieve if executed correctly. There will be a live Q & A after the presentations so we can really dig into the details of the exercise protocols for specific cases.
